，9月份至今至少騙了11名被害人，不是謊稱機車要更換零件偷變賣機車，就是賣機車卻
遲遲不交車。警方問訊後將施嫌依詐欺、侵占及偽造文書罪嫌函送地檢署偵辦。

現金6萬5千元購買機車，卻拖1個多月還拿不到機車。施嫌供稱只要有被害人身分證影印
